It mainly focuses on the R & D and manufacturing of various experiments, tests and production equipment in the sand industry, as well as the R & D, optimization and improvement of advanced production processes.

In recent years, Renchuang manufacturing technology research institute has mainly carried out the research on "recycling technology of casting coated sand" in the direction of "sand precision casting". Through the "mechanical thermal mechanical wet" combined regeneration process, it can comprehensively regenerate a variety of waste sand and dust, such as regenerating the dust into functional filter material, so as to realize the recycling of inorganic binder used sand, It also invented modular and intelligent equipment for waste sand regeneration, successfully invested and built the first 20000 t / a inorganic used sand regeneration line in China, solved the urgent needs of energy conservation and emission reduction of foundry enterprises and green production of foundry industry, and provided major scientific and technological support for the development of foundry industry. In addition, the research institute has undertaken the research project of "inorganic self curing coated sand" of Renchuang technology group, and participated in the development / modification of laboratory instruments and equipment, shaking screen mechanism, PAP resin sand regeneration device, sand mold and sand core extraction device, and casting waste extraction device, which has laid a foundation for the transformation of research and development results. In 2020, a total of 36 new products / new devices / new processes / new technologies were developed, and 7 special laboratory instruments and equipment were developed and refitted, which achieved remarkable social and economic benefits.
