The application mechanism of "building ecological plough bottom with sand based permeable and anti-seepage materials" is proposed. Three innovative technologies of permeable and anti-seepage, permeable water filtration and honeycomb water purification are adopted to create five systems of sponge soil structure, ecological green ridge, invisible honeycomb reservoir, rainwater collection circulation irrigation and intelligent management and control platform, forming an ecological sponge paddy field of "upper field and lower reservoir". It has six characteristics of water saving, emission reduction, fertilizer conservation, soil moisture conservation and ecology, and can cultivate some abandoned mining areas, desertification land, rocky desertification land and low yield dry land into high standard paddy fields.
